Balance BJJ at the Glasgow BJJ Open

Huge congratulations to Mike Moloney and Martin Downey who competed in the Glasgow BJJ Open today. Mike took gold in the 73 Nogi Masters, he also took silver in the 76 Adult Blue and bronze in the Absolute; and Martin took bronze in the 76 adult white and bronze in the 73 Nogi Inter Adult.

Well done guys – Go Team Balance!

New morning BJJ class

Our new early morning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class kicks off tomorrow Wednesday the 7th September at 7am… a great way to start the day!

New Junior Aikido class!
